02 What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: company, name, email, phone (optional), industry, company size, the topics you select, and your message.
The website does not ask for and should never be used to send financial credentials, tax portal passwords, card or bank account numbers, or official identification numbers.
03 Why it is collected
To respond to your enquiry, to understand whether Forcelis can help, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. It is not used for anything else and it is not sold or rented.
04 Who else sees it
The form submission is delivered by a third-party form provider, which processes it on our behalf solely to deliver the message. Beyond that, the information is seen only by the people at Forcelis handling your enquiry.
05 Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
If you change language using the switcher, your choice is stored locally in your own browser so the site can open in that language next time. It is never sent to a server and you can clear it by clearing your browser data.
If web analytics is enabled, it is listed here before it is turned on. As of the date of this notice, no analytics service is active on this site.
06 How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a relationship follows, for as long as that relationship requires. If you ask us to delete your data and there is no legal reason to keep it, we delete it.
